I am Estella, an MBACP integrative therapist. Throughout my career, I have provided a safe and supportive environment for individuals to overcome their life challenges.

I get joy from supporting others to be their best selves. I currently hold a post graduate level 7 diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling and I'm currently completing a couples counselling course (offering later this year). Whether it's anxiety, depression, relationships, or personal growth, my expertise is your pathway to a happier, healthier life.

My journey into psychotherapy

My fascination with psychotherapy began when I was working in the fashion industry. I was intrigued about the impact of childhood experiences and fascinated with personality psychology. This curiosity led me to pursue a career in psychotherapy. Over the years, I've come to appreciate the power of empathy, active listening, and evidence-based therapies in facilitating positive change.

Professional experience

I have experience working with high intensity clients in an NHS setting. I have worked with a range of client issues including: depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues, identity issues, religious issues, RSV, physical violence, domestic violence, disabilities, neurodiversity and more.

Transition to online therapy

In 2024, I embraced the digital era, expanding my practice to offer online therapy services, ensuring accessible and convenient mental health support to clients worldwide.
